Service Description
Consultation service designed to help you plan your commission, artwork, or art project. In this meeting, we’ll explore your ideas, goals, and budget while providing advice and a price estimate. Please note that a non-refundable fee is required, which will go toward the final cost of your artwork if the project proceeds. We look forward to bringing your creative vision to life!
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cut-Off Rules Advance Notice: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end strictly at the scheduled times. Missed time due to late arrival cannot be extended or made up. 2. Rescheduling Policy 24-Hour Window: You can reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time via your Wix client portal. Late Rescheduling: Requests made within 24 hours of the session start time cannot be processed online and will count as a completed session. 3. Cancellation & Forfeiture No-Show & Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a session without notice, will result in the total forfeiture of that session credit. No refunds or replacements will be issued. Provider Cancellations: If the instructor needs to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, you will receive a full session credit refund or an immediate priority rescheduling option. 4. Studio Rules & Materials We are not responsible for damage to personal clothing or items during the meeting. 5. Consulation A consultation is a discussion about your needs and doesn’t create a binding contract for project execution. We reserve the right to decline any project for any reason. Booking and paying for a consultation doesn’t guarantee project acceptance or work commencing. All projects required formal review and approval.
